Is the dealer obligated to buy the vehicle?

They are not obliged to purchase the vehicle, as this is subject to a physical inspection and possible test drive.

The buyer is trying to renegotiate. Do I have to accept?

You can reject the new offer if the buyer attempts to renegotiate the price. Please notify the AutoFlip team either way. Should you reject the new offer, your fee will be credited, and with your permission, we could seek to locate you as a new buyer.

Will I still be charged if the buyer decides not to buy the vehicle?

If the buyer withdraws, please notify the AutoFlip team. Your fee will be credited, and with your permission, we could seek to locate you as a new buyer.

I only confirmed my interest in selling over the phone and did not sign any documents. Am I committed to selling?

Accepting an offer over the phone is considered a verbal agreement in line with our Seller's Agreement. The documents we provide after accepting an offer are not considered a 'contract of sale'.

However, the specifics of your situation may vary, and it is generally advisable to discuss or communicate this with our sales team.

The buyer has not contacted me yet. What should I do?

If the buyer has not contacted you yet, contacting them directly is a good idea. Confirm that they received your information and inquire about the next steps. If you still do not receive a response, consider contacting the AutoFlip team for further assistance.

When will I be charged for the Success Fee?

The Success Fee will not be charged immediately. Once you and the buyer have agreed to proceed with the sale, you'll need to provide your credit/debit card details through the link that we provide you. You'll then receive an invoice confirming the Success Fee amount. The payment will be automatically deducted from your card after 7 days.

How much will I be charged for the Success Fee?

The Success Fee amount varies for each customer, depending on the final selling price of your car. Our AutoFlip team will advise you on the Success Fee amount before you list your car, and again when you agree to the sale. Rest assured, we are committed to transparency in our fee structure.

What if my car hasn't been inspected or paid for by the buyer within 7 days?

If your car hasn't been inspected or paid for by the buyer within 7 days, don't worry! Simply reach out to our AutoFlip team, and we can work with you to extend the Success Fee payment date. We understand that every sale is unique, and we're here to support you throughout the process.

Can I cancel the sale after agreeing, and what happens if I do?

Yes, you can cancel the sale. However, if you decide to cancel after agreeing to the sale, a $198 cancellation fee will be charged/due immediately. This is outlined in AutoFlip's Seller Agreement. We encourage open communication between buyers and sellers to avoid any unexpected situations.

What is the refund process timeline if my deal is cancelled after paying the success fee?

At AutoFlip, we aim to process refunds quickly after a cancelled deal where the success fee was paid. You can typically expect the refund to hit your original payment method within 5-10 business days from the cancellation date. This timeline accounts for variations in processing times by banks and payment providers.
